About this test

This free Enneagram test asks about what drives you—fears, desires, where your attention goes—rather than how you behave, because two people can act the same for completely different reasons. You’ll rate 90 statements from “not me at all” to “very much me.”

Your free report includes:

  • Your Enneagram type and wing, with a confidence label (clear, close, or tiebreaker-decided)
  • All nine scores drawn on the Enneagram figure
  • Your tritype—your lead type in each of the three centers
  • Your growth and stress lines, personalized to your scores
  • Your easiest compatibility pairings, and one concrete next step

Questions

Is this Enneagram test really free?

Yes. The full test and the full report—type, wing, tritype, all nine scores, growth and stress lines—are free. No account and no email are required.

How long does the Enneagram test take?

About eight minutes: 90 short statements across ten pages. Your progress saves automatically, so you can refresh or come back later.

How accurate is it?

No self-report test is definitive, and we say so. Statements focus on motivation rather than behavior, close calls get a six-question tiebreaker, and your report tells you whether the result was clear or close. Our full method is published on the methodology page.

What if I'm torn between two types?

If your top two scores are within 5 points, the test adds a short tiebreaker round. You can also take any two-type tiebreaker on its own from the comparison pages, like 6 vs 9 or 4 vs 5.

Is the Enneagram a clinical or diagnostic test?

No. It's a tool for self-reflection. It isn't a psychological assessment and shouldn't be used to diagnose, hire, or label anyone.
